Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Content Operations Associate in the United States to support development, QA, and deployment of K–12 assessment materials. You will follow established processes to create, review, and quality-check content throughout production, coordinating with external vendors as needed.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process documentation and quality-control procedures.
• Learn and effectively use internal systems and tools to complete content operations tasks.
• Create and quality-check test forms and test configuration files with high accuracy.
• Conduct detailed quality-control reviews of K–12 test materials and identify issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality requirements while maintaining timelines.
