Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a QA I to provide quality assurance analysis and verification on pre-production content and curriculum. You will manage multiple projects, review for errors, and ensure alignment with university-wide policies before live release.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field (English, Education, Communications preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong command of the written English language including syntax, mechanics, spelling, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance analysis on content/curriculum for customers and review for errors before live production.
• Verify alignment with policy standards and design templates.
• Review and edit curriculum from student and faculty viewpoints to ensure high quality.
• Adhere to QA checklists and maintain high accuracy across tasks.
• Manage multiple projects independently at various QA stages to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate on larger department projects with staff from other teams.
• Communicate effectively with team members and subject matter experts.
• Adapt quickly to changes in technology, policy, and review processes.
• Accept feedback and integrate it quickly into the workflow.
