This senior role blends production operations with hands-on content creation, including editing and repurposing assets for multiple channels. Remote with flexible US business hours, ~20 hours/week to start.

Qualifications

• Senior-level production operations and content creation experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to house standards.
• Ability to manage multiple shows, deadlines, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ClickUp production board across all active shows; assign clips, editors, and dates.
• Coordinate recording sessions with clients and move assets to editors; chase approvals.
• Edit titles, descriptions, and social copy; create YouTube thumbnails; select social clip candidates.
• Support AI-assisted workflows and contribute to refining systems for faster, higher-quality output.
