Qualifications

• You shoot and edit yourself with efficient workflow.
• Strong editorial judgment to identify hooks and moments.
• Experience delivering finished edits that hold up on their own.

Responsibilities

• Own the podcast’s weekly operating cadence from guest pipeline to publish.
• Shoot, edit, and ship the show yourself across multicam and clips.
• Engineer the production pipeline from capture to publish with templates and checks.
• Support broader content ops across clips, social, and newsletters.
