Hostinger is seeking a Content Experience Specialist to drive CRO for our blog and tutorials, enhancing user experience and guiding experimentation. You will own the roadmap, identify conversion opportunities, and collaborate with teams to elevate performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRO/UX, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide conversion-focused copy. This role offers remote work options and opportunities to influence content strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRO or UX.
• Experience working with long-form content.
• Strong UX and analytical skills.
• Ability to write or guide conversion-focused copy.
• Strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO roadmap for blog and tutorials.
• Identify and prioritize conversion opportunities.
• Improve layouts, CTAs, page structure, and conversion copy.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Analyze test results and document learnings.
• Roll out successful experiments.
• Work with the Head of Content on roadmap priorities.
