Greenville Federal Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Specialist I to provide exceptional member service, assist with online banking and card maintenance, and guide members to suitable financial solutions.

You will document interactions in the CRM, stay updated on policies, and work toward performance targets in a dynamic environment. A potential work-from-home arrangement may be available.

Qualifications

• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
• Up to one year of service or sales experience in a retail or contact center setting.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member account service and troubleshoot online banking issues.
• Assist with credit and debit card maintenance and educate members about products and services.
• Record interactions accurately in the CRM and resolve member complaints.
• Stay updated on credit union policies to minimize errors and meet performance targets.
