Job summary

VNS Health is looking for a fully remote contact center agent to provide efficient and courteous consumer service across various technologies. This role involves addressing consumer inquiries and complaints in a health care setting, ensuring a positive experience through empathy and clear communication.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and preferably a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with customer service experience. The position offers a pay range of USD $17.49 - USD $21.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferably in a health care setting.
