Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, excellent communication skills, and strong computer abilities. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, with opportunities for full-time roles in the future.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a call center within life sciences, healthcare or patient support program preferred.
• Ability to type 35 wpm.
• Interest in full-time opportunities in the future is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming webchat and telephonic consumer inquiries professionally.
• Perform outgoing webchats following client guidelines.
• Document all call/webchat information in Ostro’s database system.
