Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research professional to join our Clinical Support team. You will support customers and internal stakeholders across the Life Sciences Industry Cloud, diagnosing and resolving complex issues with Development and QA collaboration.

The role is full-time with possible on-call weekend coverage, based in the United States. You will engage with engineering, product management, and professional services to ensure client success, learning and adapting quickly in

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture technology (degree or 3 years’ experience).
• Ability to learn new soft and technical skills and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working across diverse teams and communicating effectively.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide global support for all issues related to Veeva Clinical products.
• Learn product details to drive client success and troubleshoot production issues.
• Handle inquiries about capabilities, navigation, installation, or configuration.
• Coordinate releases and configuration changes into production.
• Gather information, run tests, reproduce issues, and propose resolutions.
• Represent Development and Product teams to clients and internal staff.
• Document processes and keep docs up to date as environments change.
• Interface with engineering, product management, and professional services when needed.
