Ladders is seeking a Consumer Engagement Lead to join a healthcare leader. This remote role will guide cross-functional implementation efforts to improve the consumer experience across care delivery operations, owning planning, readiness, and stabilization from intake through launch.

You will partner with operational teams to coordinate milestones, capacity planning, and execution across multiple workstreams, bringing structure to complex initiatives and delivering a smoother, more effective

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of project experience.
• Experience in process improvement or design implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passionate about enhancing consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation planning from intake through launch and stabilization.
• Manage detailed plans with milestones, timelines, and risks.
• Facilitate readiness activities to prepare teams for implementation.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks.
• Drive collaboration across multiple operational teams.
• Support workforce planning with capacity and staffing needs.
• Monitor and evaluate implementation performance for continuous improvement.
• Communicate updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
