Ladders, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Management, Consumer to own the consumer product strategy for a high-growth, regulated business and shape a multi-year vision.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end consumer experiences, conversion, satisfaction, and commercialization, while mentoring a PM team and translating goals into executable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• 5+ years managing and developing product managers, with demonstrated team growth.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or similar regulated industries preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a product management team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Define a multi-year product vision aligned with growth objectives.
• Translate business goals into impactful product initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop commercialization strategies.
