Job summary

UtiliSave is seeking a Consumer Class Action Attorney to build and lead its in-house class action program. You will develop theories, manage discovery, and pursue aggressive remedies in utility billing disputes, regulatory non-compliance, and overcharges.

The role offers full-time remote work in the U.S., with strategic collaboration across leadership, auditing, and outside counsel to maximize recoveries for class members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consumer class action litigation experience on the plaintiff side.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Expertise in class certification, CAFA jurisdiction, discovery, and settlements.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer class action matters from case identification to certification.
• Develop case theories, pursue discovery, negotiate settlements.
• Represent classes at hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and experts to build the case.
• Advise executive team on litigation strategy and risk allocation.
• Translate audit findings into class action claims and evidence packages.
