Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in class action.
• Skill in drafting motions and briefs.
• Ability to manage a remote caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of class action matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and produce written work product.
• Handle all phases of written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
