Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter III to manage full-cycle recruiting for IT and healthcare administrative roles, focusing on candidate experience and compliant processes.

You will partner with hiring managers to define strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely ATS updates and a positive candidate journey. The role requires 3+ years in healthcare recruiting, experience with revenue cycle and HIM roles, and strong sourcing across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in healthcare administrative services, RCM, HIT, and HIM roles.
• Experience recruiting for Follow-Up/AR, Cash Posting, Billing, Inpatient/outpatient coders, Revenue Cycle Managers/HIM Managers.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle processes including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, insurance follow-up, denials, collections.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Promote Signature Performance’s mission, values, and culture in all interactions.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics.
• Maintain timely statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS.
