Veeva Systems is seeking a proactive operations professional to manage core processes for the global Business Consulting practice. You will own end-to-end operational execution, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision making to empower field teams.

You will partner across functions, streamline workflows, and drive improvements in a fast-growing, Work Anywhere environment, balancing in-office and remote work to support a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical exposure (e.g. 2+ years).
• Experience improving or automating manual processes.
• Ability to manage relationships across levels and teams.
• Experience with data visualization/analytics tools (Excel/Tableau/Power BI/Salesforce).
• Strong operations mindset and reliability.
• Demonstrated ownership of delivering results with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational discipline across the Practice, using data to influence field teams and leaders.
• Track key metrics, generate actionable insights, and ensure reporting accuracy for fast decisions.
• Audit workflows to identify friction, build solutions to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
