Cognizant Consulting invites a seasoned Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead support and development for InfoLease and Rapport platforms. You will align business needs with technology teams and manage incidents, changes, and releases to ensure smooth operations.

You will mentor a distributed team, promote Agile practices, and report on risks and performance while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Equipment Finance or related financial services domains.
• 5+ years supporting InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT, testing, and sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Lead support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms.
• Bridge between Asset Finance stakeholders and tech teams for delivery.
• Manage incidents, changes, and SLA adherence for production systems.
• Oversee testing, releases, UAT coordination, and deployments.
• Mentor a team and drive Agile delivery and risk reporting.
