Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of construction experience or a combination of education and field experience.
• Self-directed, independent producer or leader.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate solutions with actionable information.
• Ability to perform physical requirements for onsite inspections.
• MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Email, and Internet Research Tools proficiency.
• Knowledge of Building Sciences preferred.
• Architectural/engineering licenses or inspection certifications preferred.
• Strong project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building Inspection and Property Condition Assessment with site investigations and thorough documentation.
• Document Analysis of construction documents and legal materials; summarize and demonstrate understanding.
• Cost Estimating and Cost Analysis including scopes of work and cost comparisons.
• Preparation of Technical Reports presenting observations, analyses, and cost estimates.
• Client Meetings to gather information and present work; document actions and communication.
• Billing: track billed hours and meet monthly targets.
• Professional Development: set and pursue goals aligned with company objectives.
