Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Remote Construction Takeoff Specialist to support estimating and pre-construction activities for a growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and foundation plans, calculating material quantities, square footage, and concrete-related measurements, and supporting the preparation of project estimates. This role requires strong AutoCAD proficiency, prior construction takeoff experience, and the ability to review plans and specifications with a high degree of precision. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a small internal estimating team, maintain accurate project documentation, and contribute to the timely delivery of bids and estimates. Experience in concrete construction is highly preferred.
