Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction supervision, site management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage tasks remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at using virtual collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor construction site progress, productivity, and quality using project management software and communication tools.
• Coordinate daily activities of on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers via virtual meetings and digital platforms.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, documenting any non-compliance.
• Review and approve work logs, progress reports, and material delivery schedules submitted by site personnel.
• Facilitate remote problem-solving sessions to address challenges encountered on site.
• Maintain detailed records of project activities, communications, and decisions for compliance and reporting purposes.
