Job summary

Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. is seeking a Site Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

This remote US-CA role collaborates with project leadership, field personnel, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to meet goals while maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence. The coordinator will assist the Project and Site Manager, coordinate meetings, review schedules and safety reports, and uphold Safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• Active CA Class B General Contractors License or Class C-61/D-34 required.
• 2–5 years of construction site experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project and Site Manager with resolving construction issues.
• Coordinate site meetings and prepare minutes.
• Review schedules, procedures, and safety reports prepared by the Subcontractor.
• Set and monitor Safety standards and productivity procedures.
• Communicate with Owner, Government officials, and unions as needed.
