Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the Waterworks Strategic Infrastructure group.

This remote role focuses on overseeing project administration for water and wastewater treatments plants in the Northeast region, with a preference for candidates aligned to the Eastern time zone. Responsibilities include leading strategic project plans, cross-functional team leadership, and client relationship management while applying best practices in project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Waterworks/Water Treatment Plant industry experience preferred.
2+ years of relevant sales or project management experience required.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of critical sales projects from initiation to closure.
Manage cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management.
Define project strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
Provide regular reports on project health and insights to leadership.
Drive client engagement and relationship management throughout project lifecycles.
Develop and refine project management processes, best practices, and tools.
Offer thought leadership on sales strategies and share knowledge with the team.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment with continuous learning.
