Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its Waterworks Strategic Infrastructure group in a remote role supporting the South Central Region. Central time zone preferred.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and refine project plans, manage risks, and drive client engagement to ensure successful delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management preferred.
• Waterworks/Water Treatment Plant industry experience preferred.
• 2+ years relevant sales or project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of critical sales projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, provide guidance and follow-up to achieve milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, resources and risk management.
• Define project strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor progress and identify roadblocks; implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
• Analyze performance metrics and report to leadership with insights into project health.
