Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Construction Project Management or Project Coordination.
• 2+ years of Waterworks experience preferred.
• Familiar with digital takeoff/estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Recommend products and services aligned with client needs.
• Execute project plans per the organization's PM methodology.
• Establish and maintain sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Answer branch phone calls and provide high-level service to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely sales and project delivery.
• Supervise progress and address issues to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with partners to determine scope, specs and requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to meet targets.
• Assist program/project managers to ensure projects stay on plan.
