Job summary

The Conduit Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Owner's Representative in the Philadelphia area. This remote-friendly role supports a strong pipeline across PA, NJ, DE with regional site travel and autonomy to manage projects from the owner's side.

You will oversee multiple commercial construction projects, coordinate with owners, contractors and design teams, and guide projects from initiation through closeout in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction/project management experience.
• Background with an Owner's Rep, CM firm, developer or commercial GC.
• Experience with fit-outs, renovations and/or ground-up construction.

onduit Search is partnering with a growing Owner's Representative / Construction Management firm to add a Project Manager to its team.

This is a growth-driven hire supporting a strong pipeline of commercial and retail construction projects throughout PA, NJ, DE and surrounding markets. The position offers significant autonomy, remote flexibility and the opportunity to manage projects directly from the owner's side of the table.

The Role

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects on behalf of the owner
• Oversee general contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets and project progress
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement and project documentation
• Conduct site visits and proactively resolve construction issues
• Work directly with owners, contractors, design teams and other stakeholders
• Manage projects through construction, turnover and closeout

The current pipeline is heavily focused on retail fit-outs and renovations, with additional ground-up construction and land development projects.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction/project management experience
• Background with an Owner's Rep, CM firm, developer or commercial GC
• Experience with fit-outs, renovations and/or ground-up construction
• Strong understanding of vertical construction and trade coordination
• Ability to independently manage multiple active projects
• Retail experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with retail, grocery, restaurant, office interiors/TI or similar commercial construction is highly relevant
