Job summary

Osborne Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple projects, including EV infrastructure, across the U.S. You will own trackers, documents, and follow-ups to keep projects on schedule and under control.

You'll collaborate with PMs, subcontractors, and clients, set up projects in Procore, chase missing items, and help prepare billing and closeout packages. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or administration, or a construction management degree with internship experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new software.
• Clear, prompt written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage many deadlines at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in Procore and keep project files complete and current.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports.
• Collect and check subcontractor documents and certificates of insurance.
• Help track permits, inspections, and utility coordination with our permitting team.
• Prepare billing backup, client updates, and closeout packages.
• Keep schedules, logs, and trackers up to date across many projects.
• Spot gaps or conflicts in project information and resolve them with the PM.
