Job summary

The Osborne Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead EV infrastructure projects across multiple states. This role emphasizes ownership of budgets, schedules, and client handoffs, with a strong focus on delivering on-time results and high quality.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of construction PM experience, the ability to manage several projects concurrently, and familiarity with site work, utilities, and civil scopes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience (commercial preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with site work, utilities, concrete, or civil scopes preferred.
• Strong reading of plans/specs and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance.
• Coordinate daily with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Serve as main client, engineer, and vendor contact.
• Buy out subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate permitting and utility coordination across jurisdictions.
• Track job costs and monthly billing.
• Collaborate with estimating and procurement on project setup and execution.
• Identify issues early to prevent delays.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
