Ladders is seeking a Remote Construction Program Manager to guide a complex manufacturing program from planning through execution. You will align scope, cost, schedule, and quality with customer expectations while coordinating software and industrial teams and contractors.

The role requires 8–10 years in PM/leadership for industrial equipment implementations and U.S. Federal Government projects, with strong change management and scheduling expertise. Remote work available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 8–10 years in a PM or leadership role in facility or industrial equipment implementation.
  • 8–10 years in a customer-facing role involving U.S. Federal Government projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management processes.
  • Experience with critical path scheduling using MS Projects or Primavera.
  • Background in industrial settings such as plants or shipboard environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Construction Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will guide a complex manufacturing program from planning through execution, ensuring the work stays aligned to customer expectations, scope, cost, schedule, and quality. The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams, connect technical and industrial teams, and keep stakeholders aligned through disciplined program governance. This position also requires close collaboration with contractors and project leaders to drive timely delivery in a highly technical industrial environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,500 – $200,300 annually
