Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Remote Construction Program Manager to guide a complex manufacturing program from planning through execution. You will align scope, cost, schedule, and quality with customer expectations while coordinating software and industrial teams and contractors.

The role requires 8–10 years in PM/leadership for industrial equipment implementations and U.S. Federal Government projects, with strong change management and scheduling expertise. Remote work available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent in a technical field.
• 8–10 years in a PM or leadership role in facility or industrial equipment implementation.
• 8–10 years in a customer-facing role involving U.S. Federal Government projects.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management processes.
• Experience with critical path scheduling using MS Projects or Primavera.
• Background in industrial settings such as plants or shipboard environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a manufacturing program through its full lifecycle using established project management frameworks
• Lead the governance approach and coordinate with project managers to support execution
• Align customer requirements with program scope and manage expectations effectively
• Integrate subproject schedules into a master schedule to support on-time delivery
• Coordinate a multi-team configuration including software and industrial equipment experts
• Manage relationships with third-party contractors to support successful program execution
• Oversee program management activities to maintain control of scope, cost, and quality
