Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Program Delivery Director to oversee large-scale engineering programs with a P&L responsibility of $10MM-$25MM+. The role encompasses complete oversight from concept to manufacturing, ensuring profitability, quality outcomes, and successful long-term customer relationships.

The suitable candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, with 8-15 years of experience in program management or business leadership, and strong customer-facing skills in complex environments.

This position offers competitive compensation up to $252,393 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or business leadership.
• Experience managing P&Ls of $10-$25MM+.
• Strong customer-facing skills with executive relationship navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex, multi-site programmatic work aligned to a strategic customer.
• Drive customer relationships and manage program profitability.
• Coordinate execution across Re:Build operating sites.
