Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction management with architects and engineers to develop scope, budget, and schedules.
• Develop and oversee agreements, proposals, and contracts with clients and consultants, ensuring execution at project start.
• Prepare project schedules using Microsoft Project (conceptual and detailed construction schedules).
• Manage construction projects during the build phase, including meetings, oversight, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes related to labor, scheduling, and payments.
• Review budgets, manage invoicing, and approve contractor invoices.
