Job summary

The role involves managing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, with opportunities for local/on-site work as needed and collaboration with a U.S.-based construction team. Ideal candidates have a construction-related degree and 2+ years of leadership in similar roles.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably in roles such as Construction Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Manager, Chief Engineer, or a similar position.
• Experience managing construction teams.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Experience with construction estimates and budgets.
• Ability to develop and monitor construction schedules.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to take responsibility for project results from start to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on construction projects in the United States.
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes and construction standards.
• Experience with residential construction, remodeling, or renovation projects.
• English proficiency sufficient for professional communication.
• Understanding of the construction market in Pennsylvania / Pittsburgh.
