Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager in Lake County, Ohio. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Procore or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and project controls.
• Driver's license required for local travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct commercial construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with subs and internal teams to manage master schedules and daily operations.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, change orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate permitting, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain proactive communications with clients and stakeholders.
