Job summary

ITEX Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead remote, offshore projects across commercial and multifamily sectors. You will plan, coordinate, and administer contracts, while coordinating with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors through digital platforms.

The role emphasizes schedule control, budget management, and rigorous documentation. Strong proficiency in Procore, MS Project, MS Office, and Yardi is required, with PMP preferred and core-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or multifamily construction project management or coordination.
• Proven success managing construction projects remotely.
• Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Yardi.
• Availability during core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors via virtual platforms.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and look-ahead plans; prepare status reports for leadership.
• Administer change orders, submittals, and contract modifications across prime and subcontract agreements.
• Manage safety plans, quality assurance, and on-site inspections when applicable.
• Ensure thorough documentation and logging of project communications and approvals.
