Job summary

FORTNA is seeking a detail-focused Material Coordinator to oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution across project sites. This remote role requires travel to job sites as needed and a proactive approach to coordinating logistics.

You will use Autodesk Construction Cloud to track materials, verify PO receipts in LN ERP, and resolve shortages or discrepancies while maintaining organized records and clear communication with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in material coordination or related field.
• Proficiency with ACC, LN ERP, and MS Office; forklift certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries, inventory and storage at project sites.
• Track materials with ACC and verify against purchase orders in LN ERP.
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, and damaged materials; resolve issues.
• Manage receiving activities, unload deliveries, and verify quantities.
• Maintain organized records; communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
