Wunder, a rising clean energy company, is looking for a motivated project coordinator to support the construction team in delivering solar projects across the Northeast. This full-time, remote role requires travel to active sites and cross-functional collaboration with EPC partners, contractors, and internal teams.

You will track schedules and budgets, identify risks, maintain documentation, and help improve processes. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in construction, solar development, or related fields.
• Ability to travel regularly to active construction sites.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive risk management.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with EPC partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Identify risks and escalate issues affecting timelines or costs.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting across stakeholders.
• Attend site visits and construction meetings to support execution.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment.
• Help improve internal processes and tools for efficiency.
