Job summary

Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee restaurant construction projects from feasibility through handover.

You will partner with development and operations teams to ensure goals, budgets, and timelines are met, and you will work with franchisees and city officials to obtain permits and approvals. You should have a bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years of construction PM experience, OSHA 10, and the ability to travel up to 50% within a one-hour commute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of construction project management experience in restaurant & retail likely.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong process orientation with focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and technical drawings.
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel at least 50% and reside within one-hour commute of an international airport.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposed sites for zoning, code requirements, utilities, and costs.
• Review feasibility analysis for new, relocation, and remodel projects; complete development budgets.
• Maintain contact with franchisees as a project manager and primary point of contact post-lease.
• Oversee large equipment changeouts, remodels, and relocations for corporate locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with trades, vendors, contractors, and municipalities.
• Meet with city officials to obtain construction approval, clarify codes, and build a local network.
• Collaborate with internal/external architecture and design teams to review construction drawings.
• Obtain bids from General Contractors, identify subcontractors, negotiate pricing, and prepare job cost estimates.
• Manage project expenditures to meet budget and maintain job cost accounting processes.
• Travel up to 50% and coordinate across multiple projects.
