Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related discipline.
• Five years of experience in corporate real estate across multiple states/regions.
• Experience in commercial/industrial real estate negotiation.
• Knowledge of legal issues related to real estate development.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and business judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate site locations proposed by franchise partners and ensure they meet demographics, visibility, access, parking, and construction criteria.
• Maintain a comprehensive development plan for all areas of responsibility and collaborate with senior leadership on new opportunities.
• Set regional development goals, monitor openings, and adjust plans to ensure market share growth.
• Act as the development eyes and ears of the region, communicating with stakeholders and proposing solutions to development challenges.
• Provide training to franchisees on site selection, lease negotiation, and construction.
• Review Site Evaluation Forms (SEF) for site and lease term conformity.
• Contribute to budget processes and manage actions with direct cost impact.
• Maintain reporting, analytics, scheduling, and proactive communication.
• Support non-traditional sites and special projects; attend trade conferences.
