Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville is seeking an experienced Architect to manage the architectural due diligence and design process for Bridgestone Retail Operations formats, including new stores, remodels, and expansions.

You will lead technical negotiations and review construction documents with outside developers, architects, and engineers, and drive projects to completion. This Nashville-based role collaborates with Marketing, Store Operations, EHSS, and Real Estate teams, overseeing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years’ experience in architecture with real estate design, planning and development.
• Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with remodels and standard construction practices.
• Strong communication and independent work across multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage architectural due diligence, design processes, and permit approvals for BSRO formats.
• Lead negotiations and review construction documents with outside developers, architects, and engineers.
• Coordinate A&E information between BSRO and external partners including vendors and landlords.
• Ensure timely review of documents, cost effectiveness, and alignment with criteria.
• Oversee design reviews of third-party sitework, elevations, and structural elements.
• Coordinate code investigations, local approvals, drawings, specs, and bid packages.
• Manage internal development meetings and external consultants/contractors.
• Develop and maintain a digital library of design details and prototypical drawings.
