Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Construction Administration Manager to own construction administration and project controls across active development and remodel projects.

You will manage vendors, project documentation, scheduling, and budgets to ensure efficient execution from notice-to-proceed through closeout. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and 3–5 years of experience, with strong scheduling and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, project management, or facilities management.
• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to interpret building plan take-offs and technical specifications.
• Experience reviewing bid packages, pay applications, and budget submissions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads procurement and management of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including warehouse staging and delivery schedules.
• Drives portfolio reporting, schedule tracking, and project readiness.
• Collaborates with operations, real estate, and procurement to align project requirements and deliverables, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Tracks project milestones, timelines, budgets, and cost variances.
• Manages vendor onboarding, bid packages, contracts, compliance, and documentation.
• Owns project closeout and final budget reconciliation.
