Job summary

Pacific Pros seeks a Construction Manager I or II to serve as Owner's representative for horizontal public works projects with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. The position is based in Alhambra, CA, with on-site requirements; hybrid may be considered.

Responsibilities include onboarding CM/Inspectors, process improvements, portfolio reviews, and coordination with County staff and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to manage projects and supervise field staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to plans.
• Coordinate onboarding and assignments for construction managers and inspectors.
• Lead portfolio reviews and reporting with project controls and stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and standardization of procedures.
