A leading national home-buying company is seeking a Field Manager to oversee renovations across multiple job sites. The role involves managing 5-10 projects per month, recruiting contractors, and ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience and excellent management skills. This is a fully remote position with competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 per year, inclusive of base and bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, renovations, or restoration.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete 5-10 projects per month according to the set timeline.
• Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors.
• Strive to complete projects below budget and streamline construction processes.
• Manage project timeline and respond to inspections.
• Conduct final inspections of homes ensuring all work is completed properly.
