Job summary

Byline Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administrator to support loan processing, documentation, and construction draw management. The role offers a remote-friendly, hybrid work pattern with in-office collaboration in Schaumburg, IL, and nearby areas.

You will analyze draws, assist with disbursements, and coordinate with loan officers, title companies, and architects to ensure compliance and timely funding. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction loan administration experience within a financial institution.
• Working knowledge of construction loan concepts.
• Qualitative analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Suite of Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and change management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare construction draws/disbursement requests and related forms.
• Assist with funding draws and respond to inquiries from customers, loan officers, and title companies.
• Analyze and reconcile budgets, verify compliance with covenants, and report results to management.
• Review Sworn Owner/Contractor Statements, AIA docs, invoices, and lien waivers.
• Coordinate with architects for plan/cost reviews and inspections; review reports.
