Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our project reporting data. You will perform systematic audits, verification calls with industry professionals, and contribute to data quality improvements across the Content organization.

The role is full-time, remote with a preference for Eastern Time Zone in the United States. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, and strong Excel/CRM tooling knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data quality auditing, content QA, research verification, or operational data validation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication and comfort with professional phone verification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data review tools.
• Knowledge of construction industry data or content workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of project records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data standards.
• Review sampled Dodge Reports to ensure data reflect what is available.
• Perform verification calls and emails with architects, contractors, and other project participants.
• Analyze audit results to identify data gaps and process improvement opportunities.
• Provide timely feedback to Data Stewards and managers regarding audit outcomes.
