Job summary

Rad Hires, LLC is assisting a U.S.-based exterior construction company in recruiting a Project Coordinator / Estimator. This new role starts as part-time (around 20 hours/week) with potential to grow into full-time.

Primary focus is construction estimating, plus project coordination and admin support as needed. The ideal candidate has a construction background, can work independently in a remote setting, and is comfortable using estimating software and Excel to manage estimates and project

Qualifications

• Prior construction estimating and/or project coordination experience.
• Experience using estimating software (tools can be trained).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and labor estimates for construction projects.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to define scope and requirements.
• Support project coordination tasks related to estimating and handoff.
• Maintain organized project data and documentation.
• Work with spreadsheets (Excel) and estimating software.
• Communicate clearly with the hiring manager regarding estimates and project details.
• Assist with additional coordination tasks as needed.
