Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Engineer 2 to support EPC operation related engineering concerns and provide guidance on best practices from the start of construction through SOLV’s warranty period.

This role is fully remote. Specific location details and interview discussion will follow. You will facilitate communication between operations and engineering, address RFIs, verify design compliance with the EPC contract, and assist with engineering-intensive client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field as listed.
• 2–5 years of construction-related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and basic CAD/GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Support construction engineering concerns from start of construction through warranty.
• Facilitate open communication between operations and engineering partners.
• Serve as the POC for engineering concerns and communicate design rationale.
• Assist with RFIs during construction and drive timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SOLV EPC Contract and client/permit requirements.
• Lead training on GPS-enabled pile drivers and related tools.
