Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year with 1800 billable hours and strong support staff. Remote work is available nationwide in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Construction Defect experience (defense) required.
• Experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury defense.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Recent California litigation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court systems.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of construction defect and personal injury defense matters.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
• Handle written discovery and depositions.
• Work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and experts.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategy and manage files independently.
• Collaborate with a strong team of attorneys and litigation support staff.
• Maintain 1800 billable hours with strong support staff and efficient workflow.
