Responsibilities

• Handle local and national construction defect defense matters in California.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review discovery requests, draft pleadings, and manage court filings/e-filing.
• Provide trial preparation support and maintain accurate time records.
