Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience; construction defect background a plus, fully trainable.
• Residence in California with a dedicated home office for remote hearings.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools and modern law firm technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters involving construction defects and real estate claims across California state courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, geotechnical experts, and contractors to evaluate defects and liability.
• Conduct and defend depositions of owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, subcontractors, and experts.
• Attend site inspections, hearings, arbitrations, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.
• Utilize AI-driven software to streamline document analysis, evidence organization, and legal research.
