Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in construction defect claims or related field.
• Active adjuster license(es) in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Construction Defect claims according to policy coverage and state requirements.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine damages and assess liability exposure; enter detailed notes in our claims management system.
• Direct and manage defense counsel when appropriate.
• Write thorough and professional reports to clients for claims outside authority, draft disclaimer, denial, and reservation of rights letters.
• Represent the company with a high level of service and professionalism at all times.
