Qualifications

• Knowledge of New York Labor Law statutes (e.g., NYLL 200, 240(1), 241(6)).
• Proven experience handling complex NY liability and third-party property bodily injury claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication for coverage determinations and reserve recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage NY Labor Law general liability claims and third-party property/bodily injury.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of statutes and case law.
• Draft coverage positions and, when needed, retain coverage counsel.
